Recruitment Superintendent

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager your will provide leadership to the recruitment section for managing all recruitment activities for all Project sites in Indonesia, Liase and foster positive relationship with customers, stakeholders and suppliers, establishment of recruitment data based, managing of group transfer and secondments, coach and mentor Indonesian National Staff involved in recruitment process and manage other HR project on a need basis.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Tertiary qualifications in related disciplines with minimum 10 years experience working with HR/Recruitment or at least 5 years experience in HR Senior position in mining or construction industries; experience dealing with Manpower, site mobilization and demobilization will be an advantages; strong leadership skills, good analytical and strategic thinking; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

Remuneration and Benefit Supervisor

Reporting to the HRIS and Remben Superintendent your will assist the HRIS Superintendent in conducting job analysis interview, and writing job description; also provide analysis report on job evaluation activities, salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, and market trends monitoring the organisation’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff; provide analysis and recommendations for competitive market peer community of companies, perquisite practices and salary, bonus, long-term incentive approaches; evaluates and compares existing company benefits with those of other employers by analysing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information; assist in development of specifications for new plans or modifies existing plans to maintain company competitive position in labour market.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting specializing in Human Resources or equivalent; a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of Compensation & Benefits programs; have Compensation and/or Benefits certification preferred; broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of compensation and benefit trends and regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules; knowledge of global pay practices; deep analytical abilities; understanding of statistical methodologies and analysis desired; strong leadership skills, focus on to detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
